We calculate Cashback based on the purchase price, excluding:

    Shopback has been good. Had a lot of missing/rejected cases in the Woolies market place ordeal but got it sorted in the end ^^

    Does this mean the whole item/price beat price is ineligible or only the discounted portion is excluded?

    For example I click on $500 item that has an auto pop up price beat to $400 - does it still track at $400? or none at all?

      Wondering this also, previous cashback has always been fine using the automated Price Beat on the website.

      E.g.

      Price beat button pops up at $2198, listed price $2395

      Would it be eligable for $274.75 cashback or $0?

        The T&Cs specifically call out accepting the Price Beat as invalidating the cashback. If you do accept the Price Beat and still manage to actually receive the cashback, then consider it a lucky bonus.

        You shouldn't base your purchase on the cashback expected price as it will not be guaranteed as it's specifically called out in the T&Cs.

          Which I take to mean, buy something using pricebeat discount, they will pay cashback on the remaining amount, not the full purchase amount.

          For reference my purchase tracked at the full amount - GST before the price beat discount has been applied, so I expect it to be updated.

          TGG have always been good at paying out cashbacks for me, they even paid me out $100 for a dishwasher a few years ago on an order they cancelled.
