Some people on this site do blur the line between "true ozbargainer" and cheapskate, but these examples cross that line. Rummaging through a bin is a hygiene, health and safety risk. Getting sick outweighs any savings from free food. Driving to the beach to take a shower will cost you more in petrol than the water itself. Standards of living are bad at a homeless shelter.
I don't think you deserved to be downvoted but your examples could have been better. If you had membership to a nearby gym for instance, you could go there to shower even on days you don't work out.

The arcade sticks are decent. They are made by Hori but not with the best parts.

At first I was disappointed the PS3 version was out of stock since I thought it was the only one that would work with PC (since this is the case with other arcade/fight sticks). But looking through the comments for the 360 stick on amazon, I found people saying it works fine on PC. Great! Hopefully this clears it up for anybody else wanting a stick for their computers too.

Got ours delivered yesterday! Comes with 4.4 firmware out of the box so those of you with old flash carts will either need to update your cart fw or more likely than not, if you're like us and have an acekard2i, buy a new one which is compatible with the new Nintendo fw.
