Missing ShopBack Cashback

Are there any ShopBack reps on OzBargain?

I purchased $500 e-card and the cashback didn't apply on the app, thought was automatic, purchased on 14th this month still not got my credit back, tried app support pretty useless can't even select option for evencinemas.

  Yes I am hardly on last 6 years… Though TA was rep but doesn't seem like it.

    He was cashrewards but jumped ship to topcashback, so everyone uses that now.

    @gotyourback was the shopback rep.
