How to Talk to ShopBack Customer Service?

I am feeling extremely frustrated. I submitted cash out request on Shopback 3 weeks ago. The status keeps saying 'processing'. It has been way passed their estimated date when I should receive the cash out. What makes it worse is that I am unable to find any phone number to call, and can only talk to an AI assistant, who just keeps direct me to their FAQ page!!!

How am I supposed to get my cash out issues sorted now? Any Shopback representative on OzBargain please respond! The lack of customer service is just shocking!!!

    The newbie has a point, cant seem to find how to follow up a rejected claim.

    Good luck. Their customer service is the worst. Been 4 months since I lodged a missing cashback claim and all I've been getting is the same copy paste email every 1-2 weeks that "Our team is actively investigating your concern. We understand the importance of resolving this matter for you, and we're working diligently to find a solution."

    Go to their Facebook page, once you complain on there they appear to be responsive

    • Such a shame we have to go to those lengths just for help, the old gyb rep was so helpful.

  • My husband and I are experiencing similar issues with incorrect cashback amounts. Tickets submitted but ShopBack has never got back to me. Only received generic email replies confirming the tickets. Can you assist as well?

  • Made orders back at end of Sept - most tracked at 0$ - i followed up with rep, took ages but they finally readjusted it and cashbacks looked normal. Said store should confirm by 3rd december. Nothing. I waited a week then reached out and got response about 2 weeks later stating they would follow up. I wasnt worried. This morning I woke up and all the amounts except the first order i did went to $0.00. I am fuming

    I raised this with NSW Fair Trading and finally ShopBack has sorted this out. If you have encountered similar issues, I suggest you contact Fair Trading and stop shopping with ShopBack.

      I'm having issues with a cashback claim been scratched to zero without reason. Shopback initially said I'll get a response by 31 January but I've heard nothing.
