      Sure do. Just a windows machine. Works perfectly. From memory they took a couple of goes to connect originally but haven’t had an issue since. I don’t have them connected to any other device though, not sure if that may help?

        Yeah weird it didn't work for me. I disconnected it from my phone but still couldn't be found on my laptop.

      EBay store offered for me to send back for refund. Opted to return to store in person. worker at store was a pain, kept telling me to take to Apple and that its an issue with my phone. 20 minutes of going back and forth he finally provided a refund.
