Just got this offer from Optus and I have no idea what it actually means
"Welcome to the Optus family. Let’s get you started with something special, enjoy this exclusive offer.
We’ve got your next 3 recharges covered with $23 off. The best part is, it’s ready to go when you recharge your Prepaid service 04xxxxxxxx with $35 before expiry for the next 3 consecutive recharges."
This is my first month on Optus prepaid
I have tried to figure out whether this means if I pay $35 for this 2nd recharge then the 3rd, 4th and 5th recharges will be $12. However, this doesn't make sense as it says next 3 recharges.
Or maybe it means if I recharge $35 then that will cover my 2nd, 3rd and 4th recharges (all at $12 each - maths doesnt quite work out) returning to $35 for recharges 5+
Cahtgpt reckons "So, if you follow these steps, your prepaid recharge will effectively cost you $12 ($35 - $23) for each of the next three recharges."
What am I missing?
First recharge $35 or a special starter price paid within the kit. From the second, it is $35 or a special offer like you've got. Try to recharge for the second, maybe it is $12.
