Long time OzBargainer, first time organizer.

Some restaurants in my mind (which are definitely under $45 pp)

• Shan Cheng in Castle Mall (Chinese restaurant)
• Motto Motto Japanese Kitchen in Castle Tower (Japanese restaurant)
• Doodee King in Castle Mall (Thai restaurant)

My date availability: I'm not in Sydney between 2 Nov - 9 Nov, other times are all good to me.

    I called the restaurant yesterday, they didn't require us to choose banquet menu, I think everyone can order whatever they like as long as it's under budget.

        I guess we will figure it out on that day.
        I already booked a table for 15 people, I'll be there around 5:30pm, I printed out the ozbargain check in QR code, if it's permitted I'll put it on the wall so you all know where to go.

  I arrived, it's a long table inside! When you arrive just come in directly and you won't miss it, there's OzB QR code near the table.
