      Valid question. The Woolies 56L bags do but other branded 56L bags aren't even close.

      60L could be wide and short (maybe won't stretch across) or else tall and skinny (it would be fine to stretch across but the rim fold over length may or may not be sufficient). It's frustrating that there isn't a consensus on proportions between the bin and bag companies. Bunnings specs say the Willow bins are ~46cm diameter, which makes for a 144cm circumference. Catch specs have the bags flat at 70cm wide, which would be 140cm circumference when opened… so I'd say no for this specific combo.
