I bought a few of these from this seller. They are actually good quality. I've used them in multiday hikes. Decathlon has some on sale at the moment for $20 but those aren't as good quality from my experience.
It's low cost because Chinese products and shipped from China.
Also price shown on website are USD and it'll take a few weeks to arrive if you do end up buying.

No, this is a specific textile that blocks about 95% of UV rays. A normal shirt would have anything from 5-15 upf rating.
This specific deal shirt is rather to 50
