Sunlu's got some great deals on their official eBay store, and I’ve already placed an order. I did the math, and if you grab 10 rolls of PETG in black and white, it works out to just $12.42 AUD per roll. For PLA, it’s $13.97 AUD, and they’ve even got PLA+ for $14.63 AUD.

Excludes QLD Far North, WA Remote

Would it have to be 10 of the same material? And some colours of the same material have different prices?

    • +8

Just confirmed—you can pick any 10 rolls, but only pay for the 6 most expensive ones. The cheaper ones are free!

      • Thanks for checking!

      • I put through an order but no product code came up - can you add it manually or do i have to cancel and re-do it?

        Thanks

        • Hi there, nice to see you. I'm sorry if things are a bit unclear. If you have any issues during your purchase, feel free to reach out to customer service, and they'll be happy to assist you.

          • @JacksonZ: All good, cancel and redid it - didnt realise it was automatic - anyway already have them delivered and happily printing!

            Cheers!

  • For me $131.49 for 10 kg of pet g of gray and black. Still a decent deal. Perhaps you have eBay plus?

    • You might pay for shipping, though.

  • I have had good results from bulk SUNLU. I got some PETG a couple of years ago and TPU recently, both performing fine after being dried properly.

Admittedly I have limited frame of reference and I can still improve by tweaking settings, but I can't imagine any other brand performing heaps better.

    • I've had PLA (many varieties) PETG and TPU from Sunlu all great. Regardless of brand PETG likes moisture and TPU loves it. TPU pretty much needs to be in a dried before use or in a drybox while printing

    • Been using SunLu almost exclusively for 6 months, never noticed any difference by drying. Is Perth too dry to have to worry about drying filament? Have I just been lucky?

      • PLA you will be fine (ive printed rolls that have been in the shed for 7 years lol) but PETG moisture might be an issue, best to try it if you can

    • Ive had decent results from them as well.

    Great deal

nice, see previous deal for more comments and suggestions

Recently did some prints in PLA Marble, my new favourite

    • Marble is great! I did Marble + Wood filament recently (elegoo not sunlu) turned out awesome

    • Marble is lovely, you can barely see the layer lines.

    • i am OBSESSED with marble white jayo pla.
there was a model on makerworld for a pikachu skull - it turned out freaking awesome in marble.
was going to get some wood varnish to give it a weathered look..but i think it looks good as is.

      • Good to know. Pretty sure Jayo and SunLu are the same thing.

    • Been thinking about it for my kitchen gridfinity drawers.

Buy 5 get 3 free works with the code as well - some materials/colours are slightly cheaper than in the buy 10 get 6 free listing, such as the dual/tri color silks and some TPU silk colours.

Sadly no PLA+ 2.0 in this though.

I find generally all the SunLu deals end up the same price, even buy 2 get 1 free. When you buy less the cost is more per spool but they give you free shipping so it ends up about the same. The cheapest is when you get all the same colour and use the multi buy button things.

Thanks!! I got PLA+ for cheaper per roll from your link compared to OP and for a beginner with no experience I think it was better than paying for more (possibly unnecessary) colour rolls so big thanks for the comment you helped me out and saved me some money! :)

edit: also stacked with my $5 off per month plus coupon so that was a bonus!

  • My favourite, Matte Black, is unfortunately out of stock. Is it worth holding off and see if it comes back in stock before the sale ends?

    • Glad I stocked up on that recently then. Seems always take them a few months to get stuff back in stock…

      • I may have to focus on Matte Grey for a while then.

    • +1

Check the other sunlu and jayo stores. There are multiple.

      • I think I have checked all of the Sunlu and they are all out of stock. Unfortunately Jayo charges $20 shipping for me, which makes it not such a great deal.

Hi there, nice to see you. I checked the stock status. I am sorry that the Matte Black is expected to be restocked by the end of this month, so unfortunately, it won't be available in time for this promotion.

      • Hi mate, any chance you adjust prices for dual/tri color silk and TPU silk? your prices in this particular listing is much higher than other stores and even your own store's other listings of the same filaments.

        • -1

Hi! This link offers a special discount for customers buying 10 rolls. The price comes down to about $20 per roll when you purchase in bulk.

          • @JacksonZ: other stores (and yours) are offering the same promotion, except their base price is $31 instead of $36. Comes down cheaper than this listing, in bulk.

i like there new spools work well in the ams lite

    • Yeah the new spools are great, give it a more premium feel tool, nice on such a cheap filament!

  • Also excludes Tas

Pretty awesome deal just got 10 rolls of pla plus for around $150 in lots of colours

    • How do you select the different colors?

      • Hi there, nice to see you.
Here are the steps for different colors:

1.Select the color, material, and quantity.
2.Click the "Add to Cart" button.
(Repeat these two steps until you've added everything you want.)
3.Go to your cart and proceed with payment—it will automatically combine everything into a single order.

        Happy purchasing!

Great deal. I only use either Bambu or SunLu, have had no issues with the SunLu. Can never get it to print quite as nice as the Bambu but probably need to calibrate it better.

Goes on special like this quite often, but this is about as cheap as it goes.

Code works for the buy 3 pay for 2 also, but it's a bit more expensive (just tried 3 white PETG and came out at $14 each).

    • How do I get Bbu filament for cheap ? Aren’t they like 33$ even for pla?

      • Nah I only get SunLu cheap, I get Bambu when there's a specific colour I can't get in SunLu. You can get Bambu a bit cheaper if you buy 4 at a time without a spool.

  • Added 10 rolls (just did all white PETG) and it didn't give me the 'pay for 6' thing, still $240 or whatever. When I do buy 3 pay for 2 it seems to work though.

    • Hi there, nice to see you. The discount code is valid, so feel free to try purchasing again. If it still doesn't work, please reach out to eBay customer service—they'll be able to assist you.

  • Wish they posted to Darwin. Fml can't get cheap filament here!

  • Has there ever been a petg yellow?

    • I've never seen for SunLu but check out Amazon, lots of other brands sell a yellow PETG.

      • Thanks will check it out, I went through 15kg printing out random stuff on makerworld and I'm still feeling the need to print 24/7

        • Haha I think we all have that feeling, I will print things I barely want and have no use for just to make sure the printer is always printing

  • when working correctly it should show

    good stuff

  • Thanks op, grabbed 25x rolls of mixed everything to stock up.

    • Sounds like you have a lot of rolls, just a quick question - how do you organise your rolls? In filament type or colour/brand, I have stuff all on the shelves generally in purchase order and its starting to annoy since I got my Sv08 and doing alot more prints

  • Does anyone know if the sunlu pla+ and pla bond together or have any issues with multicoloured prints?

    • +2

I have used Sunlu PLA matte and PLA+ in the same print and it bonds well. PLA+ seems a bit sticky, so it gets stringy at times. It even makes a squirty sound coming out of the nozzle, but it usually works fine.

  • won't ship to Cairns :(

  • Bought a 10kg mix of petg and pla from eBay kingroon for $129.99 (free shipping) just yesterday, waiting for it to arrive. No code was asked:
    https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/374873431698
Can't comment on the quality tho as I didn't use the brand before yet.
Default option was either petg or pla, had to say it in notes if you want a mix.

    • How was the quality?

      • PLA is great. I didn't find any problems so far. I like them. PET-G is not as good as it causes more stringing on my printer, and needs higher temperature than PLA so I worry if that's gonna shorten the printer's life. But I'm not sure if that's the nature of PET-G. Other than that it's still decent.
