App says 20% off store wide AND 25% cashback, but the website doesn’t have the sale on
I noticed that too… I submitted a request but I doubt anyone will look at it before the cashback ends.
I’ve tried to make an order logged in/out and no way to get 20% off. There’s no code on the store page in the app either.
It brings a bag of LifeWise grain free turkey down to ~$99 (including an everyday rewards offer I have), so really want to see that 20% come up

Some Hills dry cat food is buy 1 get 1 free. With 25% cashback is a good price
For the dog food and flea treatment products I usually buy, I find Petstock to be more expensive even with cashback compared to other sites normal prices without discount or cashback.

Yeah been really disappointed with their rejections or not tracking at all. They have limited ways of contacting them and you just hit a brick wall when you do as the usual automated "this may be the reason why you didnt receive it" - none of it applies but you can't respond. Not sure if it's because of their new shopback plus membership? Apparently you have to pay $5 per month for customer service.
As someone with SB+, I can emphatically assure you the nature and standard of communication and customer service assistance is no better.

Stop beating around the bush. A simple yes/no answer will suffice so those affected can choose to return the order once they know they aren't getting the upsized cashback due to your stuff up.

PeetStock full price is expensive as hell, but I alwasy buy lifewise from them when I can triple stack 20% off with 25% cashback and 15% brand cashback. Works out way cheaper than all other retailers.

Mine tracked in under an hour. Funny as Cash Rewards tracks instantly. Fingers crossed it tracks as ShopBack don't honour cashback even with proof!
I took the chance to stock up on a specific pet food while on sale. Still no response or tracking and possibly $200 lost due to not tracking! Terrible. I don't know how it could not track when using the app for purchase
