Sturdy high quality tool roll, ATL. Unrolled size is 810 x 310 mm.
This is the roll for this Knipex set which gives you an idea of what it can hold. 250mm tools (Cobra, side cutters) fit no problem. Not sure about the plier wrench (I don't have one in that size).
Downsides are the material is quite thick so it can get bulky depending on what you put in it, and also there's no handle..
250mm pliers Wrench fits well, as do aviation snips.
As for carry handle, if I fold it 4x rather than rolling it up it's easier to carry.
