Happy to be wrong but I don't think you can, they make you enter the code and redeem for each game on each platform.
I just click on the link and can just redeem for each game one at a time. All up it takes less than 60 secs for all the keys. I haven't checked in game to see if I have actually received the keys but to be honest I didn't really use the keys even when I was playing. The gear you get really isn't that amazing.
At best the gear might help you if you are really stuck. As soon as you gain a few levels though the gear is basically useless.
If you're tech-savvy you could try running https://github.com/jauderho/bl3auto which is a script that will auto-redeem them

Is there an easy way to redeem these for all the different BL games simultaneously? I looked up the shift website, wasnt clear if redeeming to a shift account gave you the keys in all your games
I've had the games unplayed for years, should have been collecting these keys but I'm not willing to put in much effort
