    FYI, if you're going to spend this much, the X40 Ultra (top of the line), which is equivalent to the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra is $1940 at TGG Commercial.

    Never buy a dreame. Terrible customer service. AMEX refunded me because they wanted me to pay for a uploading website to upload my video of my L10 not working.

        Dreame asked me to use a website to upload a video of my machine not working, the website had a cost to use. I sent this to amex and they credited my card.

      Got a refund from Amazon no questions asked after a noise developed in my L10S Ultra when vacuuming. I even offered to send a video, but just said to send it back. Got refunded within a few days if them receiving it.

      I then bought the L10S Pro Ultra Heat for $1590. (L10S Ultra was purchased for $1499)

    Get the l10s ultra heat instead. Pretty much identical but cheaper.

    Also keep in mind these things are internet connected and have cameras

        Goes on sale for $1400ish and it's practically the same. Real question I'd ask is if the l20 is worth any amount of extra $ compared to the l10s heat..

        The heat also supports valetudo for declouding the vacuum, while the l20 does not
