      This is much better than the FE. The FE has a much weaker Exynos processor and an IPS 90Hz screen.

      S8+ got less ram , i still regret buying S8 plus . if youre buying only for browsing and watch movies then its fine but if u want faster then go for S9+.

      Coming from s8 plus to s9 ultra.
      For note writing, not very noticeable. The amoled 2x screen on s9 series is nice but the s8 plus is already very good.

    Great price but budget only permitted me to go for the S7+ yesterday for $422 delivered which was also a decent price. Stupidly in my rush I didnt apply the PASUMMER code (assuming it was avail yesterday)and only got $20 off. Kicking myself as that's not the Ozb way to miss additional $24 off :-)

    Great deals there and shame that they only have the S7 and S9 versions of the keyboard case. Nothing for the Plus version. They did however have the official Samsung case for $14 which was a steal.

      Samsung S9 has a lot going for it in comparison, albeit double the price. Obviously you get AU stock and warranty.

      AMOLED display (not IPS), 12GB RAM (not 8GB), better CPU/GPU, better cameras, water resistance and 45W fast charging. While the Lenovo Xiaoxin is slightly bigger, offers a 144Hz refresh rate instead of 120Hz and a slightly larger battery at 10200mAh instead of 10090mAh.

      Haven't tried the xiaoxin, but it's worth mentioning that the multitasking and dex on the samsung tablets is absolutely brilliant.

        You can pick up oneplus pad 2 at normal price for $699. It doesn’t have the nice oled screen but gains the latest 8 gen 3 SoC, so it isn’t even a complete win for the Samsung.

        When you compare it against that I can see how people could view it as overpriced.

        I’d personally would take the Samsung over all the alternatives at this price though.

    The S9 Ultra briefly came back in stock on Amazon for $1295. Worth monitoring if you interested in the bigger screen.
