I took the cardboard that's sewed onto the back of the jeans off from my jeans that I'd purchased online. After trying them on I realised they didn't look like my other 32 (81cm) inseam size jeans from the same brand. Measured them and they are only 75-75cm (30 inches) inseam. All four jeans, 3 different models.
I have a pair of older jeans from the same brand and they are actually 81 cm long from crotch to bottom…
I still have the tags… Will this be an issue?
Does it matter that the items were on clearance? They are litirally 5 - 6 cm shorter inseam than what is advertised/claimed.
Djs recently stopped refunfing for clearance items, might be tricky unless faulty

I didn't ask them yet.. I am hoping to go tomorrow and speak to them. Apparently David Jones can accept online order refunds in store…

Make sure to wear your Coutura watch when you go into the store. They will feel sorry for you and refund no questions asked.

David Jones will probably do it to keep you happy. Their in store people probably have no clue how online works, beyond their task to accept items. If it still looks new then it's still new.
You should ask this question earlier in the week, during office hours, to benefit from the full weight of the OZB braintrust on matters of this importance. Perhaps there's one little trick we know that would have some kind of effect on the outcome of whether they accept your jeans or not…
