    All of the buyer that choose pick and collect, you might find out that they dont have it in stock, so you might be waiting awhile, i just called up the store and ask if they can change it to a store where it has in stock for pickup today, they had no problem with that so I'm now waiting for the other store to pick the item before I go pick it up

      I got confirmation but not authority email. Called the click collect store they cofirmed no stock but told me to change store i need to cancel and rebuy. How did you specifically made the reuest and which department did you speak to?

    Picked up for click and collect in Loganholme Qld without any issues , the sales bloke could not find the item with the order no ,so had to provide name and details and it was all good to go , thanks op

        Might go to the normal jbhifi site and check stock level, cause they might not have it in stock even though you can select click and collect, check my above comments

    Collected. Instead of waiting, find a store with stock via online, of call Jb to check for U. If stock available, tell the JB (stock available) to bounce the pick up over their side.
