Lightly seasoned and stuffed. Better value & nutrition than a fast food restaurant.

  Hit the local Coles on any night apart from Thursdays, and I can get them for 2 bucks as they try to clean the leftovers out. I bought five on Saturday for 1.29 each. toasted chicken cheese and onion sandwiches and then chicken soup with the rest. freeze the soup in containers and its cheap meals when don't feel like cooking.

    I used to save up the carcasses and make a giant pot of stock. My gf doesn't eat my cooking though so now I don't bother. :(

  $10 at Coles Local (the fancy smaller Coles) - a couple were marked down to $8. The trade-off with Coles Local is the 6-pack of lunch rolls is $4.80….also they don't have coleslaw/pasta/potato salads to pair it with. Anyhoo, thanks OP.
