LifeWise Turkey and Vegetables Grain Free, 18kg $156.80 ($148.96 with Auto-Delivery / $136.80 First A-D) Delivered @ Swaggle

100

Finally a decent price on Lifewise, when paired with cashback!
Shopback has upsized Swaggle to 8%, plus Westpac 15%, bringing a single bag of this on first auto-delivery down to about $108.86 - my order tracked within about 10 minutes.

Healthy turkey meat with mixed vegetables, vitamins, minerals and essential oils. Scientifically balanced holistic food for all dogs. A concentrated, high profile diet especially useful for canine athletes, dogs with a high work load, or animals that are recuperating from illness or surgery. The unique nutrient ratios coupled with the very high digestibility levels also make this food admirably suited to dogs subjected to high levels of stress such as guard dogs, police dogs or those working in military and domestic security fields. This food also contains kelp and yeast extracts for optimum intestinal health plus Yucca schidigera extract.

Retail price on the 18kg bags has crept up to about $196 for the grain free variants, the grain ones are cheaper (and also on sale).

Note - flybuys are partnered with Swaggle, but ShopBack specifically states that cashback is not valid with “other loyalty programs unless otherwise stated” - flybuys is not stated, so might be best to leave it off (I did and my order tracked).

  • Not sure if still valid but flybuys says you get 30% off first auto delivery (max $20 discount)

Worked for me the other day, not sure if you actually need flybuys

  • plus Yucca schidigera extract.

    For the win !!!

I've been very confused lately about the the best dog foods to get…
There are always negative reports for just about all the 'quality' brands….

    • There’ll always be negative comments about everything
“I like this thing because (this)” “That’s exactly why I hate that”

The price of this food has risen a lot over the years, but that’s because they’re using the quality of produce they claim to be using. Notice how Blackhawk is more or less the same price as it was 5 years ago? My dog (and many others by reports and reviews online) got very sick on Blackhawk when they didn’t change their recipe

This has been the only consistent brand I’ve used and my dog has always loved it

Have used this brand for a couple of years now, very happy with it. They donate food to rescue groups too which is a beautiful thing.

Customer service great too. The redditer in your link should have gone back to Lifewise directly after their dog's issues and they would have sent a new bag out. Notwithstanding, have had no issues returning food to petstock pre/post Woolworths' ownership.

Bill (owner) is fantastic, replied to my initial email within 12 hours

Spent hours all up talking to Deb when my pets have had health issues at no cost. They are superstars.

Here they claim they got no response from lifewise

        • +1

That's very surprising & unlike them. Should have put in a call to their 1300 number after the email was missed.

  • Swaggle is coles owned.
Many don't care but thought id highlight it as its not clear, they don't mention it in their about us.
Coles has its fingers in every pie and its unethical.
It's also a funnel to sell their pet insurance.
