Boost Mobile: $50 Cashback on 170GB 12-Month Prepaid SIM for $230 Delivered @ TopCashback AU

231

Costs $180.00 after cashback. TopCashback has an exclusive upsized $50 cashback on Boost 170GB 12-Month Prepaid SIM card that costs $230.

After cashback, you'll effectively be paying $15 a month for 14.17GB (if you divide by twelve).

What will stop me getting my cashback

  • SIM must be activated within 30 days of purchase, and must not be deactivated until your cashback is payable. If the SIM is deactivated prior, Boost may decline cashback.
  • Multiple SIM purchases need to be made as separate transactions. If there is more than one SIM in an order, it will result in an untracked purchase and the purchase will be ineligible for cashback.
  • Cashback is ineligible on eSIMs, recharges, phones, bundles, accessories.
  • Cashback is ineligible on use of any codes not approved and posted by TopCashback.
  • Cashback is ineligible on purchase of gift cards and/or use of gift cards for payment.
  • Cashback is ineligible on purchases made via the retailer's mobile app.

What else is essential

  • Most retailers calculate cashback based on purchase amount excluding GST, other taxes, and delivery fees. Your cashback may report lower than expected due to this.
  • Always return to TopCashback and click through via the pink cashback button to the retailer's website for each new transaction. Ensure the TopCashback link is the last one used to visit the retailer's website prior to completing your purchase.

Good to know

  • Ensure you disable plugins such as Honey, AdBlock, uBlock, Pi-hole & VPNs prior to clicking/tapping from TopCashback as they will prevent your order from tracking.
  • If you cancel / return / exchange / modify your completed order, it will no longer be eligible for cashback and will be declined in your account.

What to do and when

  • Missing cashback claims must be lodged within 100 days of purchase.

if you don't activate within 28 days, you lose your cashback

What's so special about this deal? It's always $180 after cashback…

  • +3

I'd rather pay the extra $5 from an ebay store with the voucher atm than wait 3 months for cashback also longer expiry (Jan 2025) and no risk of cashback getting cancelled if you don't redeem in 28 days like that other commenter mentioned

Could you share the link to that ebay store? Im considering purchasing this

    • +1

      Yes - please share :)

Edit: Scrolled further down ozbargain and found this one which is $190 (so $10) more without needing to stuff about with cashback and expires on 06 Jan 2024.

$205 seems to be the cheapest I could see on a quick eBay search.

Sorry, I just need to Edit your Edit: Sim Expiry date 06-01-2025 not 2024.

          Ooops - Yes 2025!

      • Mine had automatic $20 voucher applied to it when I checked out

        May be plus only members

It says error when I buy the $230 sim. Same one with the cashrewards error

  • Can you get these cheaper boost SIMs from third party retailers like topcashback or ebay, and then convert them to eSIM?

    • New $62 cashback deal here

      • Thank you, would be good if you answered the question though

        • Oh sorry, may have missed your question.

In regards to your question, in terms of getting cashback, TopCashback just provides “money back” for your purchase, it isn’t a third party store. In comparison to eBay, the seller is the actual sender of the SIM card, so don’t think there are any TCB requirements of activating early (within 30 days) if you buy with a third party seller on eBay.

In regards to getting cashback when converted to eSIM, im not too sure if you would still get the money back on the cashback site, it’s safer to buy the SIM card, use the physical SIM first for the first few months, and once you get your cashback, you then convert it to an eSIM.
