      Did you try directly (by entering the gift card’s details in the debit/credit card section of the online checkout), or did you try via PayPal?

        UPDATE: It somehow worked through PayPal (linked with the Vanilla Visa Gift cards) since two days ago. But now, they keep declining my orders even though I’m using my credit card as the payment method… Tried calling them and verifying my purchase details, but they still declined my orders few hours later…

    Yes. I used this at Pullman, the physical card failed but after changing to digital cards it went through. Some others share that used this to pay at Sofitel with physical cards without problems.

        Yes, feels a bit hit and miss. The physical card uses eftpos gateway the digital uses MasterCard gateway. So I assume that Pullman's machine doesn't support eftpos? So for better usage going digital version probably a better idea.

    The latest answer is no unfortuantely. TCN has just pulled the kill plug today. You can no longer use any TCN cards to purchase anything on SB.

    I wonder if the $5000 order will be approved. They didn't limit the discount to the purchase value of $2500 although it's in their T&Cs.

    I'm unable to purchase any amount. The website seems to have rejected my card. Initially my bank rejected the transaction due to possible fraud with gift cards. I rang the bank to approve the order. Tried to purchase again but it was still rejected. The bank then said the merchant would have declined the order.

      Yeah confirming I was able to use the discount for $3000. Was initially going to do $5000 coz it was applying the discount within the cart but didn't want to piss my bank off since my credit limit was only $3k

      EDIT: I did this yesterday around 6pm AEST. Didn't want to contact their support centre in case they fixed it. Unsure if they have fixed this now

            @Freak00718: I placed an order but didn't get the gift cards immediately. If it is successful, the gift cards should be received immediately so I think it my order will be rejected.

  I'm interested if anyone was able to purchase more than the $2500 limit for the Pamper Gift card with the 15% discount applied to the entire purchase value.

  When I enquired customer service he said that the discount only applies up to $2500. Any amount above that will not have the discount applied.

  But who knows if the system is smart enough to do this!
