    • The bad faith part is flimsy and I’m surprised they went for it.

The Applicant argues that it chose the name Koogle due to the Australian sound of the name and was partly inspired by the name of a discontinued brand of food spread manufactured by Kraft, also called Koogle.

Koogle doesn’t sound like anything but Google, and who names a ride share platform after an almost unknown discontinued spread.

  • Thanks OP.

  • $20 for a free ride? lol that’s probably for a 5km ride lol

  • lol. Taxify and Ola are way better.

  • Tried to book a trip from Melbourne airport to go home this morning. No driver was found after about 5 minutes.

Could only see two drivers on the map. Neither was near the airport.

Koogle held the fund for the trip at booking time. The amount was automatically refunded about 5 minutes after the booking was cancelled.
