Helluva Single Malt, have never had anything like it. I now have 4 different Balcones sitting on my shelf as a result.

Have this one as a boiler maker alongside a Peanut Butter Porter with a few pieces of salted caramel dark chocolate. Thank me later.

Think pairing wine with food. A good beer matches so well with the right whisky. Add in some chocolate, dried fruit or nuts - and you make a 3 way pairing.

  You don't smash a good single malt like a tequila slammer. And it's not served in a shot glass. Also usually comes with snack.
