Pretty sure price matching for preorders stops after it has shipped.
I preordered 3 copies (I have three adult children, all Nintendo nuts) and the credit card shows $204 charge so it looks like we were charged $68 each. I doubt there will be a rebate given that the preorders were finalised last night and shipped this morning.
where from? jbhifi gives preorder promise/where if you find a lower price after release theyt will refund the difference…
It was with Amazon but they emailed me last night refunding $12 so as to match BigW price (without me even asking). Yay!
Mine charged last night at $68 and it's already on route to being delivered. I'll shoot them a message and see what they say.

I contacted them (Amazon, I assume is who you mean?) about it as I was suprised they didn't match it… I've been told to reach out after its been delivered and they'll refund the $4

I didn't even realise this was out. Is it today? I preordered with EB when they had the trade 2 games to get it "free" offer. Probably the last preorder I do, since they never tell me stuff is in.
EB I ordered from sent me a message saying mine's ready for pickup this morning, so maybe it's a setting you've got? Or your local EB or something something. They might've also not gotten around to it

@RQNinja: Power of Ozbargain did that work for me. Found one someone mentioned on Amazon for $18 (Immortals Fenyx Rising), got them delivered next day, dropped by EB and pre-ordered. Not as good as $30 as the user above mentioned, but still better than the usual price

Today is when it released legitimately. For unscrupulous people, it leaked online several days ago.
I was getting rid of a bunch of games and did a bunch of preorders. My first one they didn't tell me, they said they got their stock late. I got a text 3 weeks ago and this morning for this one.
I'm glad you didn't say it was the first Zelda game to let you play as Zelda. Who could forget the masterpiece that is Zelda: The Wand of Gamelon?
Not to mention that you can technically play as Zelda for parts of Spirit Tracks too

Thankfully it looks more interesting than links awakening. I only played the remake of that and frankly it was droll
It was much more basic than this game because it was doing its best to be a faithful recreation of a Gameboy game. This game doesn't have those constraints.

Amazon digital code not working for me. And yes, its' a bad deal but if you have a kid who keeps inserting cartridges backwards, you no longer have a cartridge reader.
