I recently (5weeks now) applied for a credit card and the online portal was unable to verify my identity.
Then the face 2 face identity verification also failed.
I called the texted number, and the fella on the phone said it was now resolved.
To only be mailed another hard copy form to verify my identity with the post office.
I’ve never had this experience with the Australian banks.
Apologies for the vent, but has anyone else had a shit time dealing with Virgin Money?
Had the same thing with Bankwest :(
