  @SydneyAirportParking is the code active? Getting error “Promotion code not applied” when selecting T1 for any dates in October :(

    Finally figured it out. The code works if the entry time and exit time are within valet operating hours (05:00-22:00). Closing time is 23:30 on the website but latest exit time for the code is 22:00

    Few months ago i used valet, the car came back so dirty. I assume they parked mine outside not undercover.

      Same experience with me - they park the car outside not undercover. My Tesla was fully charged when I left home - so had about 380kms left on it while parking. When I returned in about a week, the battery was almost dead - partially my fault that my sentry was on - plus because they parked it outside and it was very hot, the auto climate conditioning would kick in and switch air conditioning on. Lucky it was only a 7 day trip, if I would have gone for a couple more days, I would have returned to a Tesla with a dead battery. You have been warned !

  I just parked at the airport this morning - without a promo code. I realised for short term parking, the online rates are higher than the drive-up rates. Drive-up rates :
  Stay Fee
  0 to 30 min $11.80
  30 to 60 min $23.60
  1 to 2 hrs $33.30
  2 to 3 hrs $44.90
  3 to 24 hrs $75.30

  Where as the online rates are - $27 for first hour and $39 for 2 hrs. I parked for just over an hour and got charged $33 which is still a ripoff but cheaper than online rates. This is for P7 parking though.

    I found the same. I prebooked online and paid $29.72. Then I saw it was cheaper at the gate if I just drive in.

    I think it may be higher as they reserve a spot (prebook) vs driving around to find a spot?
    I went last week and found out they have increased the rate to $33. Previously it was around $24 for up to 2 hours, if I remember correctly.
    Now picking up or dropping someone at the airport costs me around $60 ($28 in tolls and $33 in parking), in addition to the petrol I spend on coming from Canberra :(

      I don't think they reserve spots. Although not valet, I booked a spot at domestic (the one at walking distance from the terminal) for a 7 day trip. Had to drive up and down 3 to 4 storeys for about 30 mins before I spotted someone moving out of their spot. This was last month. Reckon if I wasn't early, I would've missed the flight. There was a point I was contemplating exiting and parking further away at Blue Emu because I couldn't find a spot and was quickly running out of my buffer.

  It did not work. I tried to choose 12:00 - 13:00 for 5th of Oct, it's said "Promotion code not applied".

  how quick is the pick up upon return? I haven't provided flight details but assume they move the car to the airport on the last day of the booking?
