It's included if you have the higher tiers, if you only have the base tier then you get a bigger discount. I've updated the deal to indicate it's the PS+ essential that has the bigger discount.
Extremely… addictive game.
I'm currently trying an a new home extreme run, with no laws… lol. Currently got to the londoners arc, but I had to back track to day 13 to try to trigger some heating homes/lack of healthcare requests, to get hope above 15% within first 2 days of londoners arc, and to avoid being kicked out. :)
I bought the game but I haven't played it so all of that meant absolutely nothing to me :P Looking forward to trying it, though. Sounds like it was probably worth my $3.99!
