  I'm slowly working my way through 12 bottles of the 2021 McLaren Vale Cab Sauv. If this is of similar quality, I would highly recommend this deal. I generally try to cellar my red wine for 2-5 years as I think it improves the flavour. But how many of us can wait that long?

    @omblygombly oooh a few iterations of 2021 Cab Sauv and a new one coming soon……
    Re cellaring, it is an interestign one. Lots of folks ask about it, yet research I read a few years ago suggested that the average cellaring time of a bottle of wine (in the UK) was 43 minutes! Enjoy! RD :-)
