Reapplying for Citi Presitge Credit Card - How Long to Wait

Hi, I wanted to get clarity on the Citi Prestige credit card.

Let's say I cancelled this card 1 year ago, what's the minimum cooling period? Is it 12 months before I can re-apply for the Citi Prestige credit card to get the sign on bonus? There isn't too clear wording on this within the T&C.

  There's no such thing as cooling period for any Citibank cards.

  So you're saying that it I cancel the card I can reapply for the card again after 3 months to get the sign on bonus??
