I bought this a few weeks ago, it's half price now too https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B07V584TDZ

It's quite good, and has wheels. I'll buy another one. Sick of seeing clothes everywhere.

    • Not sure why the neg but the weird thing is, your post has the exact same numbers for "load capacity" and "maximum weight recommendation" as OP's.

I'm tossing up between the 2 but I would have assumed OP's with the extra bar at the mid-height should add a bit more strength to carry more than the one you listed though.

      Weird.

I considered OPs one too, but I figure the bar would prevent long coats from being hung properly.

        • That aswell, but it doesn't make sense the weight/load being the same.. I assume marketting got lazy and just used one spec for all their models of these clothes hangers. But it's a guessing game which one is the real specs and which one was copy pasted. If we're lucky, the numbers listed are for the single unit you listed and OP's should be higher. Or the numbers listed are for the double bar unit and your single bar unit is overestimated and won't actually carry the recommended max 35lb limit.

@WasBargain: The one I ordered, a review said they loaded it with heaps of clothes and it didn’t want to topple over, they had a photo too and it was seriously overloaded with bulky stuff. That was good enough for me. I know these are all probably following the same basic design and same parts, all very cheap. I’m not buying it for life tho, when I’m rich I’ll have a huge built in wardrobe. And I’ll never use it, my valet will.

            • @AustriaBargain: Goals!

Just a question, does it flex if you pushed it with the current clothes you have on it?

I forgot I looked months ago and realised I could get some industrial/store quality ones for about $70 so I might just look into that when I really need a unit like this. I'd like to put atleast one leather motorcycle jacket (heavy with hump and elbow sliders), if not a one piece race suit on it so I needs to be fairly solid.

@WasBargain: Seems pretty solid to me. I haven’t tried moving it around on the wheels tho

  • I'm really tempted to buy this at its current price as i need a new garment rack…
Is this worth it at its normal price?
