Good pricing on these 2 models of the Anker 735.

65W GaNPrime $59.99 - https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B0BP2F9BJX (Black)
65W GaNPrime $59.99 - https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B0BP2FYSJ7 (White)
65W Nano II $45.99 - https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B09XTX3GS8

The main difference appears to be the 'smarter' chip in the GaNPrime model but essentially a very similar product. Whether its worth the additional cost…… doubtful.

  • It’s always important to add the $0.99 onto the price :)

    • Thanks :D

    • Every cents counts…

The scanning for temperatures happens more frequently on the ganprime, warranty up six months (24 vs 18 months)

The power allocation stuff I feel is the same.

  • Does anybody know if these support PPS?

Looking for a fast charger for my Pixel 9 Pro XL and of course, they couldn't just support USB-PD…

EDIT: The Reddit link above had the following:

I asked them about that. Apparently their Power iQ 4.0 designation includes PPS, among other things. So yes, it supports PPS.
I told them that hiding actual standards behind proprietary nonsense names is bad. Hopefully they'll get more feedback like that and update the product page sooner or later.

Here's the charging protocol that the A2667 (Nano II) Supports:

      • QC3.0 5V, 9V, 12V, 20V, 3.6-20V
      • FCL

        • PPS: 3.30-16.00V 3.25A
      • DCP SAM 2A
      • Apple 2.4A

PS: The A2667 (Nano II) doesn't support Samsung SFC 2.0.

The Charging Protocol for the Anker A2668 (GanPrime) from ChargerLab:

      • FCP 5V, 9V, 12V
      • SCP 3.30-12.00V, 22W

        • PPS: 3.30-11.00V 5A
      • Apple 2.4A
      • SAM 2A

Quick Googling shows this thread on Reddit Regarding Pixel 9 Charging:

If your charger or battery does not support PD/PPS, at least PD 3.0 / PPS 3.3-21V @ 2.25A (higher A is fine), you will not get the fastest wired charging speeds of around 37W for the P9Pxl and around 27W for the P9P and P9.

Gotta say I've been pretty disappointed with the 65w GaNPrime

The prongs are loose in an Aussie socket, and it's just really bad at actually negotiating charging at devices speeds, my Anker 30w 511 Gan works a lot better and faster for something 30w and under using the same cable

    Difference between the two:

Power-allocation: A2667 has fixed power allocation for their ports. A2668 has an Intelligent power-allocation algorithm, that could automatically detect and adjusts the output of connected devices.

Real-Time Protection: A2668 has ActiveShield 2.0 which enhances protection by intelligent monitoring temperature and adjusting power output to safeguard your connected devices. The temperature is measured 35 times per second. According to the calculation of 8 hours of sleep at night, the temperature is measured more than 1 million times at night, which means 3 million times of monitoring throughout the day.

Warranty Length: A2667 comes with an 18-month warranty, while A2668 comes with a 24-month warranty.
