    Is this an genuine ZYRON?

    • +4

I get the joke, but this is an actual brand that has been around. They're not a keyboard mash Chinese non-brand. So yes, it'll be genuine haha

      • +2

I'm of the opinion they started out on OzBargain.

      Stale joke

      • +2

It's not even being used properly…

  • One thing to be wary of is the light on this thing is super bright at night.

If going to be an issue as it was for me, I opted for something https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B0CHVXYSVQ instead.

Does it double up as a night lamp ?

Dodgy company. Good luck if you purchase

Hey can i ask you to elaborate on this? Is it the product or the company? Ive ordered some of their chargers and cables based off comments here and elsewhere and found the ordering and delivery all ok for me. But i havent had any problems with the products or delivery yet. But i dont cheap out on cables and chargers for our devices and prefer to have good quality for expensive devices.

      • +2

I had a problem with one charger and they replaced it with little fuss

    • Not sure of the quality now but I bought their 100W charger in 21 and it's perfect.

    • +1

I have 3 of their chargers. All working fine with no issue. Good value imo.

  • Bought. Thanks for sharing the screenshot - I kept adding them separately and getting confused!

Hoping they can run a deal on the 3 port travel adapter one as well.

That's our ATL price at $37.99 and lowest possible.

Same charger for $23.99 delivered from Amazon after using $10 coupon code.

    • Thanks, ordered.

    • How many Gans though?

  • Iam not familiar with this brand. What are people's opinions on quality as I choose not to use low quality/potentially dangerous mains power products. I don't know if this falls into that category?

    • +1

Been around for a bit now. Rebadged OEM devices. Haven't started fires like Heymix, so they seems to know what they are doing when looking for suppliers.

      If you are concerned

      Ugreen 65w is 35 bucks.

      https://www.amazon.com.au/UGREEN-Charger-Nexode-Compact-MacB…

      Ikea 45w is 25 bucks.

      https://www.ikea.com/au/en/p/sjoess-45w-2-port-usb-charger-f…

    • Personally from what I've seen people say/comments, this seems to be "good quality for how cheap it is". May you have problems? Sure. Do they care about their brand, yep.

Would anker/cygnett/etc be better? Probably, but more expensive.

Our GaN 5 range of Powerpod 140W, Powaforce 100W, 68W are manufactured in the same factory as Belkin, Alogic, Satechi chargers.

Our Powerpod 67W and 100W comes from same factory that manufactures Acer's gan range.

Our Powastone range comes from factory same as chargers sold in Officeworks.

      • What about this 65W powervolt charger, which factory is this from? Doesn't seem to have too many reviews on it. Thanks

        • It's same as our 67W and 100W Powerpod. It's launched just few days ago.

Thanks for sharing OP. I purchased the ZY-WC-65W-AC model from Amazon after confirming it was correctly registered and compliant with Australian Standards.

    • I'm asking the rep which factory this charger is made in, could mean the difference between a dud and a deal

    • Gan II vs Gan III.

Novoo has 1 more port and includes a cable for $4.00 more

Anything else I am missing comparing it to this Zyron?

    • Thanks, this might be a better deal!

    • 40W single port output vs 65W in Zyron?

      • Looks like 67W max on the Novoo too

  • Bought from them so many times. Very reliable
