Which 9kg/10kg Front Load Washing Machine?

Open to all suggestions the Bosch listed is made in China. I've read recent threads on this topic but need a new washer asap.

LG is currently on sale but not sure about reliability. Open to other brands, don't want to spend more than. $1,000 unless we can get a really good 12kg washer for a couple hundred extra.

Beko offers 5 year warranty if that's important to you. I have used their washing machine in New Zealand for about 2 years before moving to Australia and have no issues. Got a very good price due to still having 3 year warranty left.

    • Even chiq offers a 5 year warranty now.

Beko seems trusted and decent though.

Don't be too concerned by the load ratings… unless you're doing laundry as a side hustle. Front loaders used to be sold as 5kg. If you weigh a basket of washing 10kg is massive.

Currently using a Bosch 9kg German made, that replaced an LG machine (that lasted 8-10 years).

Was going to get one of those iDose models, but the price jump was crazy.

How much reliability you need? Isn't LG comes with 2 Years parts and labour + 8 years on Inverter Direct Drive Motor (parts only) which is one third of the price of made in Germany product?

You need to be really unlikely if they break down soon after the warranty period.

I have a haier. had it for 5 years so far.

    it works well.

previously had a LG 10kg front loader which lasted ~15 years (and 3 children - i.e. multiple loads per day) until I couldnt repair the leak at the front seal- worn barrel..

    • Is the Haier front loader?

      • yes

  • Fisher and Paykel one is good see good guys website

I own Bosch but I think most brands nowadays have kept up with quality
