Could be it's not quite active yet (even though T&Cs says starting on the 11th), I'm also only seeing 2x FREE labels until 30/09 when creating a new label.

Name, all your savings are right here is the email it came in this morning.

  • I got this at the start of the month.

  • Works fine. I got 2 for free.

Might get a third free as a plus member but I got nothing to sell now.

Plus I don’t wanna pay another fee

  • I got it too ready used one

"You have had less than 100 orders or less than AUD $12k in sales over the past 12 months."

Ahh, boo. Well, that well and truly excludes me. I think it was March 2022 where eBay had a 10 free AP labels offer. That was a good time. Sent boxes of books for free.

  • Can express post be chosen ?

    • Nope, standard postage only. I had a look myself when I wanted to send something last week via Express and if I chose that option it switched to a chargeable label.

  • thanks. got 5 total free postage this month

  • Should this be visible in the Seller Hub under the Promotional offers tile?

  • Do these free labels allow you to add insurance and signature on delivery, obviously at their respective costs?

    • +2

I don't see an insurance option but you can add sign on delivery for $2.95.

    • +2

Yes they do, I do it all the time, around the same price as Aus Post charges, but sometimes more.
I sent an item today worth $300, and it cost me $5 to cover the full price with insurance.

      • I don't see an insurance option on my item, do you think it's because the value is <$100 so it's already covered?

        • +2

Yes, you get a standard $100 insurance cost with any sent item, it's only if it's over that amount do you pay to cover the difference.

  • just used the previous 2 free labels today. saved ~$45 on postage (plus the 14% fees ebay charges for postage)
