Is there any way to order online with office works price match?
Dont think so. From memory their policy is that you have to come in to the store. You can call them to confirm stock & Price Beat details and they can set it aside for you though, hope that helps.
This is what they say on their website
Give us a call or drop in to your nearest Officeworks store with your record of the cheaper price.
Cheers. Ive sent the better half there to get a pair :)
If it helps at all I know JBHIFI will price match online via their chat window, they just check the website then will send you a cart link with the discount applied.
Match is not beat though
Original comment specified price match.
OP did you order online with price match at OW? If yes, how? Could you share pls?
No they didn’t
How to price match online?
I just called them, They said only option is to over the phone order or in store
I was excited for a moment then realised it's not a new version of Airpods pro, just the same one that's been out for over a year. It's only a new software update this time
The new version is not a PRO. It is Airpod 4. Pro doesn't have a new version. This is the latest PRO.
Edit : I just went and checked … 'Airpods Pro 2' were shown at the event (not 2nd gen). At the very least the names are now different.
They definitely changed the name, it used to be "Airpods Pro (2nd generation) with USB-C" but now it's just Airpod Pro 2, that's why I was confused and thought it's a newer version
@kaitoivan: Correct! But look at all the downvotes LOL. At least they give me a laugh
This is a good price, you should be excited.
I'm only posting this so people don't get confused - but this is not Airpods Pro 2 announced at the event (which at the very least, had a name change)…unless they just named it wrong on the site. It may also be a simple name change, but either way, different to what the post has.
You’re the one confused as it seems.
@nikoris: They renamed it.. officially.. so no.
These or the new AirPods 4 with ANC?
AirPods 4 with and has less battery life if that matters. I think the apple site shows it's 2 hour difference. I would grab the AirPods pros 2
The capability and value of these is much better, but if you don't like in-ear buds then the 4 is probably going to be better for you.
If you care about ANC then go with the pros. I cannot see these regular airpods lasting too long, especially in this ANC/no ANC config. They fit only a specific ear size and ANC is kneecapped pretty hard without the rubber fittings to help seal around your ear, I had the airpod 3s and they kept falling out of my ears and I have never had that issue with other in ear headphones, even the first airpods which I retain are the best, non rubber tipped design so far. Furthermore the pro 2s are getting all the features these new ones are coming with so it really just comes down to design preference.
wow airpods max on sell at 699, maybe price match as well?
Aren’t you going to wait for new ones with usb c?
I think I can live with an usb c adopter
Looks like prices has gone up already.
$309 now
Price changed to $309.00 on Triforce website?
Yes
It's gone up 309$
I ordered from Officeworks over the phone (1300 OFFICE) and asked them to price match Triforce. I will pick them up from Officeworks South Melbourne this afternoon. Easy process.
Really? My local claimed they couldn’t because the website didn’t state its warranty.
You got hustled. They’re full of shit. All they need to see is the model number.
I literally called and it was the right price then when we processed the price changed so they had to go with the 309 price
Officeworks refused to price match as the website doesn’t state its warranty.
Screenshot of the old price if anyone can use it.
They verify on the website so a receipt won’t do much.
293 is still a good price
The event showed 'Airpod Pro 2, this post has the old naming of 2nd gen. There is even a review on the site in this post, from June.
I'm only posting this so people don't get confused - but this is not Airpods Pro 2 that they just announced in the event (which at the very least, had a name change)…unless they just named it wrong on the site. May just be a name change, but either way, it's different to what is shown in this post.
There was no new airpods pro release, they are still on the 2 model however those will be receiving all the new updates that were spoken about in the keynote which is nice.
That's true - but what I said about the name change was actually correct. They've said it was a name change to align with the other airpods.. so it's 2, instead of 2nd generation.
but this is not Airpods Pro 2 that they just announced in the event
You worded that very weirdly for a name change
@doobey1231: The reason for that, is that at the time, the only thing they had officially announced was that it was the airpods pro 2.. which IS a different name (but without any mention of it being just that). Since then, it was made clear it's 'Just' a name change, but that the name has changed. Given the current ad in this post was/is still saying 2nd gen, it was unclear… and tbh if it's old stock it will say 2nd gen, and new stock will say '2', so even that alone is prob relevant for some people.
@Mortal Krumpet: It was established well before this post was even made that they are the same product just relabeled, that's the only reason why I am mentioning it because your first post implies a new product. I get what you are saying but it needed to be clarified, the way you said it was a bit muddy thats all.
@doobey1231: I was not aware of it before this posted.. so I assume many others weren't (even still aren't) either. People here are hilarious and give me a laugh at the anger though (not saying you).
I’m posting this so people don’t get confused: this is exactly the AirPods Pro 2 as mentioned in the event (which had no name change at all).
You're wrong.. even Apple stated it's now 'named' the Pro 2, instead of the 'Pro 2nd Generation'. Their reasoning was that it was to align it with the naming convention of the other airpods. negs don't equate to incorrect.
I worked with Triforce in the past. They were our main IT hardware supplier. They were very good and reliable back then.
