Just curious what food tracker do you use.
It's there any in the market where you can simply upload photo of your meal and it will automatically convert it to tell you the total calories?

large zinger box, Pepsi max, 10 extra wicked wing, and a double chocolate mousse
Of course that's your idea of a standard serving.
i left out the add on 5 pc original tendies tho to keep it reasonable
How does the AI know your photo of a plate of broccoli isn't boiled in sugar water?
Does that actually work, does it make broccoli taste good?
Nothing makes broccoli taste good.
I use Lose It! and bought into the premium when it was on sale a few months ago. It does photo tracking and barcode scanning but I hardly ever use it. They also just launched voice logging. Trying it out for fun and it's medium accurate but I imagine will be good for when I'm too lazy to search things up and just want a note in the app that I can adjust later
I believe it's called, Come In Spinner. It can also find gold, where there is none.
How ironic is this post… Wants to get healthier without doing the work.
You can use ChatGPT and the results are decent but it's not going to know the accurate weight
Rough enough's, good enough. As long as "the peers" are impressed, when they flash the screenshot
It's better than nothing, but don't underestimate how far off your calories can be if you don't weigh things.
So really, not that much better than nothing
Just get good at estimating how many grams are on a plate. Food tracking apps can probably tell you how many calories per gram certain foods have. So if you get 400g of a creamy pasta dish and you know you can only eat 200g of such a food in this meal, then divide it with your fork and eat half, leave the other half. With time you'll get better at just knowing how much you're eating.
That requires EFFORT
MyFitnessPal
You can enter your current weight, and your goal weight and timeframe (up or down, depending on whether you're losing weight or wanting to gain muscle etc) and it will tell you how many calories per day to lose .25/.5/.75 or 1kg per week.
From there you can log all your meals, there's a huge database already or you can even use the built in barcode scanner to log whatever you're eating. It's easy to use and you just need to know the serving sizes.
I lost 35kg in 8 months in 2019 from calorie deficit alone, no working out. I don't recommend it, but that's how I did it.
Thanks. Will try it

I used it for years and years. It's been updated and a lot more foods have been added. On the back of a food label, it has how many standard serves there are. The app is setup better for serving sizes to match this now. The app also syncs with most smart watch apps too
Unless your meal is a ‘standard serve’ with average Kj listed out - like large zinger box, Pepsi max, 10 extra wicked wing, and a double chocolate mousse, how would it know? AI isn’t that advanced yet.
I would otherwise suggest myfitnesspal. My hot tip is you can simply log 1 packet of Tim tam as 1 single Tim tam.
