Sadly it's almost certainly not a glitch. They started restricting a lot of items to "rural" addresses a few months ago. You were able to bypass it for a while by putting in a different postcode then just changing to your proper one during checkout but they've removed that loophole now as well for almost everything it seems.

World Health Organisation have listed aspartame as potentially cancer causing.
V energy and red bull have removed this from their sugar free variants. It's just a matter of time before Coke No Sugar and Pepsi Max do the same.
