My health insurance offers $200 gift cards for $191. $10 promo credit on $200 feels meh now lol.

    • Is this for the Amazon gc? Which health fund are you with?

      • Macquarie bank marketplace has 3% off all the times. Instantaneous and useful for odd amounts anytime.

I had to contact support twice for them to honour the last $10 credit promo.

I contacted 3 times and they said they will do it each time and they still didnt do it. Couldn't be bothered wasting any more time.

    • Came through automatically within five minutes tonight

Got my gc and promo already

FWIW the $10 Amazon credit from the $200 Amazon GC can be used to towards the purchase of other GCs (eg. Harris Farm)

Looks like you can't pay for the gift cards with your Amazon GC balance/
That's what I got: "Your gift card balance can’t be applied to orders that contain other Amazon.com.au gift cards."

    • Will have to wait to get the $10 credit to use towards any other purchases. It looks like it doesn't appear straight away.

  • Thanks OP

    Quote on page:

The first 3,500 customers of Amazon.com.au who enter the promotional code “GCFSEPT24” Gift Cards & Promotional Codes” box at checkout after purchasing $10 or more of Amazon.com.au Gift Cards in a single order will receive a $200 promotional credit that can be used on a future eligible order (“Offer”)

    Buy $10 and get $200!

  • weird, i think its expired? getting a The promotional code you entered cannot be applied to your purchase.

    • the code only works for Amazon GCs. You don't need it for the other cards, the discount comes off at checkout

      • yeah was trying to get a 200% amazon gc, tried re adding it to the cart but still getting same issue, maybe 3.5k customers cap has been reached

        • +2

Doubt the limit has been reached. Have you entered the code twice by accident? It’s a common issue on Amazon system to not recognise the code again (seeing the same comment every time there’s a similar deal like this gets posted on here)

Best way to check is open the Amazon webpage via desktop mode and there should be additional lines at right hand side of the checkout page that reads:

          Qualifying offers:
          Gift card fest deal

I can confirm the code is still valid as at 1:07am

  • How does "$10 Promo Credit on $200 Amazon Gift Card" promo works ?

If I purchase a 200$ Amazon gift card somewhere and used it to purchase an Amazon Gift card under this promo, it'll be 210$ ?

    • You will get $10 credited to your account after the purchase of $200 Amazon Gift Cards.
After some time you will get the following email: "Thanks for purchasing $200 or more of Amazon.com.au Gift Cards. In accordance with the promotional terms, we have now automatically applied a $10 promotional credit to your account which will automatically be applied to your next purchase of eligible item(s) shipped and sold by Amazon AU.
The promotional credit must be used by 30 September 2025."
