  Hello,
  I responded to the advertisement for 10% off Ultimate Gift Cards and went into Aldi on the 26th of Sept. 2024.
  I attempted to buy 5x $50 Ultimate Teen Gift Cards and was charged full price for them.
  I tried to make an inquiry at Aldi but was turned away.

  Does anyone know what's going on?

    I suspect it is because it is not part of this deal.

    I just had another look at the deal terms and conditions, and it says:

    10% off Ultimate Him $50, Ultimate Her $50, Ultimate Kids $30 and $50, Ultimate Teens $30, Ultimate Birthday $50, Ultimate Celebrate $50, Ultimate Everyone $50 and $100 and Ultimate Home $100 gift cards purchased from 25/9/24 to 29/9/24 and subject to availability.

    There is no mention of the Ultimate Teens $50 gift card, which sounds like it is not part of this deal. That probably explains why the checkout wanted to charge you full price for the Ultimate Teens $50 gift cards.

    Yeah in the catalogue it is pretty clear, but on their website in the gift cards section it is a bit misleading I reckon, as it says this under the picture of the Teen gift card:

    Ultimate for Teens
    Available in $30 and $50

    Get 10% off when purchased between 25/09/2024-29/09/2024. T&C’s apply**

    ONLY in the t's & c's right down the bottom of the page does it say valid for the $30 ones only. I don't think it's reasonable to expect the t's & c's to then cancel out what was said above it.

    All the ALDI stores I have visited have two gift card racks at the end of one of the shelving units somewhere in the store.

    Some ALDI stores also have a very large gift card display opposite a couple of the checkouts close to the store entrance.

  This was such a disappointment. Visited couple of Aldi's and none had the Ultimate GC's in stock. They seem to not intentionally not stock it even if they have them lying at the back.
