  • Assuming you mean 2025

    • Yes 2025.Thanks for letting us know!

  • Hi Rep, what's the percentage of protein in the mass gainer please?

    • This is a heavy gainer blend 15/75 ratio. 15% protein to %75 Carbs. It's not for everyone.

      • Thanks, so what's this mean?

        50 g of BLENDED PROTEIN

        • That is described as a blend of different proteins. WPC. Caseinate, Egg Albumen, Sweet Dairy Whey.

  • Will this help my puppy grow tall

Chocolate is not good for dogs. Better getting scraps from the butcher.

  • Here's a more complete breakdown of the pros and cons of Optimum Nutrition Serious Mass (12lb):

    Pros:

    1. High Caloric Content: Each serving provides 1,250 calories, which is excellent for individuals looking to gain weight, especially those with fast metabolisms or who find it hard to consume enough calories through solid foods.

    2. Rich in Protein: Contains 50 grams of protein per serving, supporting muscle recovery and growth, making it ideal for bodybuilders and athletes.

    3. Carbohydrate-Rich: Over 250 grams of carbohydrates per serving, mainly from maltodextrin, providing quick energy to replenish glycogen stores.

    4. Vitamin and Mineral Support: Includes over 20 essential vitamins and minerals, such as Vitamin C and Zinc, which aid in immune health and overall nutrition.

    5. Customizable: You can blend it with fruits, peanut butter, or other supplements to enhance both nutrition and flavor.

    Cons:

    1. High Sugar Content: Each serving contains around 20 grams of sugar, which may be excessive for some individuals, particularly those trying to manage sugar intake.

    2. Large Serving Size: The recommended serving size is two large scoops, which can be difficult to consume in one go, especially for beginners.

    3. Artificial Ingredients: The product contains artificial sweeteners like sucralose and maltodextrin, which might not be suitable for individuals sensitive to artificial ingredients or those prioritizing clean nutrition.

    4. Mixability Issues: It doesn’t mix well without a blender, leading to a grainy texture if stirred or shaken by hand.

    5. Potential Digestive Discomfort: Some users may experience bloating or stomach discomfort, especially when consuming a full serving at once.

These factors should be considered depending on your dietary goals and personal tolerance.

It's also only 16 servings, so you might find more value in adding a scoop of powdered oats to your protein shake instead.

      • +1

16 servings at $7.40 a serve, plus milk doesn't sound like a bargain to me.

If I needed the extra calories, I'd definitely prefer to make my own mix with oats, like you suggest.

Or for that price, buy some actual food.

      • We normally don't recommend taking 2 scoops in one go unless for whatever bizarre reason you have been intermittent fasting on a bulk. Our recommendation is 1 scoop but more frequently. And because it is pre mixed it's easy to take on the go. Just a shaker and bottle is needed. Good for hard gaining tradies and labourers activity all day with minimal time for breaks.

$7.50 per serve of 75% carbs… definitely not the type of weight you'd want to gain…

why not? i used it before and it works, you will put on serious gains, if you are already a fatty then no but if you are thin as stick you will have no problem cutting after gains, i could put on 10kg on this and cut down 6 months later, the process is much more exciting than other methods

      • If you think a $7.50 serve of powder is your best option then go for it 😂
