The only thing I would say is that 16GB is the absolute minimum these days for decent performance.

If you want to keep this laptop for 2+ years or you want to run heavier applications I would make sure you get 32GB considering its a $1699 laptop.

    • I'd tend to agree though it still comes down to what you're using it for. I'm personally content with 16GB for a long while just for content/media consumption, normal browsing and very light photo work.

There is the same $200 sale for a 32GB model w/ an upgraded Ryzen 9 8934HS CPU but it's up at $2099 even with the offer.

      • 8945HS*

      • Is the battery life with the Ryzen 9-8945HS gonna be any better than the 7-8845HS only daily tasks?

Probably a good deal.I was looking at an 8845HS mini pc somebody on Ozbargain recommended. $699 with 32GB+1TB+ W10 Pro.

So you are paying a thousand bucks for a screen, a battery and portability. Good thing I don't need any of those things.

They look related to me. Extremely closely related.

    • Good thing I don't need any of those things.

      Thanks for letting us know.

    "Copped"

Was originally a negative connotation like, "They copped a punch to the face"

I am surprise that anyone would pay this amount for Integrated Graphics
    at least an 2050?

    • Its a Ultrabook for portability, long battery life and better displays than your gaming laptops. The point is to not have a graphics card.

    • you have no idea how good the 780m performs do you
