If it's not a store listed on ITAD, don't support it. They will be selling grey keys (best case), stolen keys/keys paid for by stolen credit cards or digital code fraud.

These guys are safe to use - they sell grey keys, they've been around for literally decades with no issue.

That's a bit of a laugh and a quick Google will tell you so. Just because you've not had an issue (which you wouldn't without revocation, which is crazy rare) doesn't mean someone else didn't (stolen cc, defrauding Ebay sellers, etc). However, people don't want to hear what doesn't suit them so I'm not going to do further back and forth on "safe"

Regardless your thoughts on "safe", note I'm also talking about supporting authorised distributors. There are genuinely cheap prices from authorised resellers, as a victim of fraud I suggest it's morally worth while to always buy from somewhere authorised

        • These guys are not in the "stolen keys/keys paid for by stolen credit cards or digital code fraud" group like some other sellers.

They're also definately not in the authorised resellers group.

These two groups are not the same thing. I won't buy from a seller in the first group but I don't mind the status of the second group.

As i understand it they take advantage of regional discounts from authorised sellers, on sell them for profit in other regions. Maybe this is bad?. But the makers, distributors of the games have benefited, profitted to no ones loss.
Nothing stolen on Cdkeys that ive ever heard of.

    • Some of the keys being sold are actually unused keys from bundles, and are thus legit. I don't think Ebay lets you resell digital keys. So much for "free trade". In the old days, some of the keys I purchased (eg COD games) were actually scans of the paper code from boxed copies (probably being sold in Asia or Russia).

GG.deals is basically IATD with grey key resellers thrown in (though there is a toggle to disable to unofficial resellers).

How long until Hogwart's drops to $10 USD? This Christmas?

  • I'll finish this game one day

  • It's the deluxe edition with it?
