Original Coupon Deal

Been tracking this one for a while - not the cheapest ever but pretty close. There's an upgraded version that costs more but the listing is exactly the same, so I'm not sure what's actually upgraded. They both look like the Blade HD.

Perfect for travel - charging everything from your earphones to your laptop.

    I don’t recommend this brand

I’ve had several cables and power banks fail prematurely.

    Stopped buying them since .

    • I can vouch, my first one failed with premature discharging (Just dropped to 0% from 50%). Had a replacement one sent and so far so good after about 1 year of use. As for cables, none have failed for me Aliexpress or purchased through ebay. Another comment mentioned terrible quality control and I agree, I think it really is luck based especially with BaseUS.

I didn't believe the bad reviews I read here and bought one anyway thinking they just got a lemon. Bad mistake.

Bad quality control. It's a matter of luck if yours survive long

Did you get an orange instead?

      • boom tish I thought it was funny

    • i'm going to roll the dice and hope the QA gods are on my side

  • that is a flat ass power bank i call it flatty :)

There's also the upgraded version that's out. Just in case anyone wants a slimmer and lighter version.

Same, since August last year. Fast charge, fast discharge

Yep, same sentiments for me: 7 months - no issues thus far.

Also use it very often as a multi-port charging hub bypass (plugged into a 100w adapter, bank charges: wireless earbuds, 45w laptop, 25w phone, wireless mouse and sometimes all at the same time.

I think the majority of complaints are users of the non-Pro version (PPBL000201 vs PPBLD100HD).

  • I assume you can't take this on a flight?

    • you can it's under the limit

I purchased mine for $79 just over a year ago and it performs well. I use both a 60w/100w Baseus USB + Heymix 100w cable and they work fine on my Dell XPS13. I like the fact that it's flat and slides right into my laptop bag. I often charge both my laptop + Pixel 5. No issues whatsoever. Would highly recommend at this price point.

I had mine for about 12 months as well - taken it overseas on a few trips and charged phone and laptop without any issues.
Love the super fast charging on my S23 Ultra; short 15 minute charge will give it a big boost

  • I've had mine since December. I use it primarily with my Asus ROG Ally, but I also use it with my laptop. I have been very happy with it, especially the design as it slips into my carry-on luggage nicely, unlike the normal brick style power banks.

  • I use mine almost daily for 6 months, haven't had any problems…yet. I might be part of the lucky ones. Love mine

I must have over 10 powerbanks, but this one is my favourite.

  • I bought this from Ali Nov 28, 2022 for ~$93. It's been everywhere including int'l travel. I use it with a Lenovo Yoga Pro 9i with a 240w Thunderbolt 4 cable. The standard 100w Cables aren't juicy enough for my 9i.

    • interesting also just picked up the 9i, but this pb can only output 100w, how can the 100w cable not be juicy enough, unless it just can't do the 100w?

      • This link helps understand that the blade doesn't constantly output the same voltage/wattage.
        https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k4blN7k97a4&pp=ygUWYmxhZGUgc….

        I have 3 100w cables, and when on battery the 9i doesn't register that there's a powerbank.
Using a TB3 and TB4 cable, the laptop recognises the blade and empties it in no time.

So I just carry TB cables around now instead of the standard USB C cables. I keep x1 100w 3m cable in case I need the cable to be flexible (i.e storing the blade in my backpack awhile away. The 100W charges all other devices.

Hope they don't set on fire like one of their other models

  • It's a weird shape?

  • Bought one on sale for the same price in May 2023, hasn't skipped a beat yet, very handy to charge a laptop when you are working remotely

  • Mine has been working fine, but it can’t charge low voltage devices which is annoying. Seems to not realise they are plugged in.
