I seem to recall not loving these every time I've bought them, compared to So Good which packs a lot more flavour.
Pureharvest based on nutritional content

Its basically the only one without food chemicals in it? i.e. emulsifiers etc
Not the creamiest option on the market, but the ingredients list is exactly why I opt for Pure Harvest.
I rate this milk. Although I don't use it for hot drinks, it's great in overnight oats and as a 50/50 substitute for full cream milk in my porridge.
This doesn't froth at all in my Bialetti Tuttocrema. I do use this for tea and cereal, but Oatly barista for my morning frothy coffee.
using this for oatmeal/ porridge only, not for frothing in coffee
Reviews aren't great, id get one first to try. I'm sure it would still be fine for cereal/porridge/oats but would recommend other brands for coffee (vitasoy when on special).
Soy has more nutrition.
Unsweetened milk with 35g of sugar per litre, marketing at its finest.
For what quantity?
Fat makes fat, not sugar.3.5g per 100ml = 35g of sugar in 1L box
You drinking 1L at once?
3.5g / 100 good.
Normal milk has 4.40g / 100 so what.
Dairy Farmers Light Milk 4.6g / 100 as well.@G-rig: Vitasoy 1g / 100ml and there are other low sugar alternatives
@JW888: Get into it
Fat makes you fat@G-rig: I don't know what you're on about with this fat thing.
All I was saying it is false advertising.
Imagine you have diabetes or some other health condition and you see this product on the shelf without reading the label thinking it has no sugar.
This should be called 'low sugar' or whatever else but not 'unsweetened'@JW888: Unsweetened refers to the taste. It's not called Sugar free like soda pops etc.
It's no more sugary than other milks as I pointed out but there is heaps of choice around these days and something for everyone. Just have to read the labels on the back if you are worried.
People won't get diabetes from drinking this. They'll get it from all the other fatty shit and meat, maybe do some research.
What’s the consensus on this? I thought Milklab was a bit strong on the oat flavour. I did enjoy Oatside a lot overseas.
