Don’t bother with that, you absolutely can’t access proper customer service and you’ll likely wait hours for a driver to be assigned for your order.

I have the free delivery pass and haven't used it once. The only restaurants that deliver are quite nearby, a limited range. Also whenever they've done a special deal, it always says free delivery pass excluded. Compared to current DD offers pretty lame.
Activated this morning and still haven't come thru yet, guess have to wait 24hrs

I guess probably by next year we can expect Menulog to come out with their own Dashpass-like membership.. like that's all we need is more subscriptions.
