For those who would rather do monthly than yearly and want full Telstra reception, they are starting to look more appealing than Boost (based off of their upcoming price increase).

    • @scrimshaw seems to think it's wholesale network (not how i understand it tbh but i could be wrong)

Yep, currently on Boost but might switch to this. The 200gb rollover looks pretty appealing. The closest Boost alternative is the $35 plan, but that's for 28 days instead of 30, so you get shortchanged 24 days, and it only lets you rollover the previous month (which means a max data pool of 50GB).

  • Anyone know does JB sell long term expiry (eg. 365 days) prepaid SIM plans? Can’t see any online but was wondering in-store.

  • Is it worth considering the Wollworths plan that uses telstra?

    • depends on your needs. the woolies deal gets you 10% off a shop once a month but it uses the wholesale network

      horses for courses

    • Does woolies use Telstra network??

      • think woolies is telstra wholesale, coles's optus

        cld be wrong tho

For the long expiry at least, doesn't give you 5g, doesn't give you any international minutes. I've found it to be lacking compared to boost

  • Anyone know if this allows Telstra One Number, or is that still limited to post-paid.

  • Can you get an addon account for wearables too?

  • For anyone needing full Telstra only occationally for road trips, a free roamless esim will do that, as it roams on both Optus and Telstra networks FYI
