Well our margins are small, and for the products we don't manufacture, we get great wholesale prices. So yes, there are actual bargains. But keep in mind this is handcrafted solid timber furniture, so for those used to IKEA and Temple & Webster prices, nothing on our site will be a "bargain". Our range is not cheap but economically, it's a smarter purchase long term as you won't need to replace every 12 months.

Yes, we stand by the quality of all of our pieces. All of our furniture comes with a full 12-Month Warranty@Lucille Bluth: Warranty will be different for each product and for most products is set by the manufacturer.
For our own custom work, we offer a 25 year warranty.
For the products currently listed on the website, we are still in the process of determining each Warranty period. It will range from 12 months to 10 years, but we've listed it as 12 months for now (sitewide), since that will be the minimum period offered for every product.

Yes, we just launched the web shop and have to register for GST if we're going to turn over $75,000 in the first 12 months which should happen soon. Once we're required to register, we have 21 days to do so - but prices on the website won't change since they'll always include GST.

I don't like the reps attitude. Smug. Good luck dealing with them for anything warranty related. That is if they are even around for that to occur seeing as though they new and aren't even registered for GST but collecting it.
