I don't think I could trust a $3 meatlovers pizza. At best it's going to have very little meat (at worst it's going to have a lot of questionable meat).
Works with the Karawara Domino’s in WA. It just says “can’t be used at this time of day”. So I’m presuming that it will work at 4pm western time.

South WA.Last time when I tried this promo the pizza was like a piece of dough pinkified with a nanolayer of ketchup. No taste, nothing to eat other than dough. Is it like that again?

Erm … I don't think the quality of the pizza is likely to be affected by whether you use a code or not. I think the quality of the pizza is more likely to be dependent on the individual store you get the pizza from.
Not sure. But a normal Value pizza at the same place is significantly better.
