  Sorry, that charger is bad. Says it takes 8-10 hours to charge, and you have to charge the batteries in pairs.
  
  In general, battery chargers made by battery companies are designed to make your batteries fail after 20 recharges or so. Panasonic is the only exception to this, and even there, most Panasonic chargers are bad, only a few specific models are good.
