    BWS and shopback have one of the worst tracking. Last time it took 4 days still tracked but waiting 4 days is so bad

      I just got one of mine confirmed that should have confirmed 2 months ago. Despite that, I’ve still never been rejected despite having to chase one and show proof. And getting nearly 40% with bank bonus a few times is such a large amount of money to save I’ll deal with any delays.
      My only criticism is you should be able to track in the app and get the appy deals, but you can’t

        Same ive never had anything rejected but its pretty bad that both cashrewards and Top cashback are able to have it track much faster

      Terrible tracking… the offer causes you to make a purchase you might not otherwise have made (or at a time when you might not otherwise have made it) - so they get a benefit. And then it's rejected for reasons that are clearly spurious.

      Mine was rejected for "order cancelled or paid with gift voucher or payment not completed". All of these are incorrect, and have been clearly shown to be incorrect through provision of documentary evidence.

      When I followed up the rejection, the reason stated was: "BWS won't process rewards for your recent order due to recent updates". What does that even mean? How can 'recent updates' relieve a company from its moral obligation to fulfill its part of an offer freely made and accepted?

      Yeah, yeah, I know that all the terms and conditions basically say that the ShopBack partners can do anything they want and reject whatever they want…

        I have had a terrible time with this too. They should advise you when something gets rejected and why, so devious.
        Terms and conditions can say whatever they want, doesn't make them legal.

    Shopback and BWS are the worst. Had to follow up multiple times from their offer in June, to finally get the base cashback offered but not the bank bonus. Not worth the risk in my view

    None of them track very well, just hit and miss but be prepared to follow it up.

    2x Kirin lemon/peach 4 pack for 42. Ends up only $5 cheaper all up vs Suntory 10 pack (for 48 using bws app) based on 10 tins.

    We shall see 😂.

    Edit: tracked already. Just use phone, adblockers and Private DNS off ( turn off WiFi) freeze or uninstall bws app. Not too hard.

    I just got my BWS pay out TODAY that was supposed to be confirmed on the 5th June. If you look back at previous deals, this was repeatedly an issue with no communication from SB after reported the incident, other than in Ozbargain comments. No worth the risk.

    Last one tracked in 4 days.. they must have fixed something. Tracked in 18 minutes or 6 from ready to collect email. Awesome!!
